Home Infusion Therapy

Continuum Home Health Care offers home infusion therapy.  Home infusion therapy is intravenous administration of medication to patients in their own homes. The home infusion service consists of a specialized team of registered nurses who are trained in the insertion and management of IV lines. Nurses will provide patients and families with the teaching and support needed for IV therapy at home.



Numerous IV therapies are provided, including nutritional therapy (feeding tube or IV nutrition), enteral nutrition, chemotherapy, drug therapy, pain management, hydration therapy and catheter care.
