Who We Are
The Free Clinic of Culpeper provides confidential medical care and prescription medications to residents of Culpeper who have no health insurance or the means to pay for health care. Patient Application Form
Patients receive medical treatment for many types of illnesses, both acute such as bronchitis, and chronic, such as diabetes or heart disease. If the needs of a patient exceed the clinic's ability to provide treatment, they may be referred to a specialist at Culpeper Regional Hospital or the University of Virginia Hospital.
The licensed pharmacy provides on-site prescriptions. The clinic does not have nor prescribes narcotics.
Patients also receive educational information and opportunities to learn preventative maintenance for medical situations such as diabetes, weight control, and heart disease.
In order to be eligible for services, patients must be currently working, seeking employment, or disabled.
