Who We Are

Extended Employment Services (EES) is aimed at individuals with severe disabilities as identified by the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services as being "most significantly impaired".



The program is essentially an employment opportunity with Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, Inc. (RGI).

Program participants work in settings that replicate many conditions of the competitive industry. 

Participants receive intensive task training, high supervisor to employee ratio and strategic reinforcement of effort.



Programs: Group Supported Employment; Day Support Program; Supported Employment.
