Clifton Woods Apartments are low income, independent apartments for senior citizens and individuals with a disability. Requirement is that the elderly individual must at least 62 years of age. The rent is based on the individual's income.
There are 6 handicap accessible units. Common areas have handicap water fountain, Braille on elevator/restroom/office doors, comfy seating area with TV, outgoing mail drop, community hair salon, nail tech on site once a week, laundry facility, large community room with a full kitchen for large functions, complex bingo and more.
