Who We Are
The Prince Edward County Health Department is part of the Piedmont Health District. Its mission is to achieve and maintain optimum personal and community health for its residents by emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and environmental protection. Services are provided either at low or no cost or on a sliding fee scale based on income and include:
