Who We Are
St. Charles Community Health Clinic offers medical care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric care. Also available are Black Lung services, assistance in obtaining free medicine, x-ray and laboratory services on-site, patient education, and a full range of dental services.
A Community Health Center is a non-profit private corporation located in a medically underserved area to provide comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. All community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic locations/residence, culture, age, sex, or religion.
The mission of Stone Mountain Health Services is to promote and provide quality primary health care that is accessible, affordable, and community-based for the people of Southwest Virginia.
