Who We Are
Senior Adult Services is a community outreach treatment service for older adults who are unable to leave their homes. Services assess and treat the behavioral health needs of older persons living in our community. Services include:
- Home visits to assess and evaluate behavioral health needs;
- Case management to provide linkage and referrals to Community Services Board services and to a variety of community resources;
- Crisis intervention;
- Individual and family therapy;
- Consultation.
