Support Group, Restless Leg Syndrome

The Central Virginia Restless Legs Syndrome Support Group is organized as part of Christian ministry.  Meetings are free and open to the public.



Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) is a neurological disorder. Characterized by annoying sensations in the legs between the knees and ankles. Primary symptoms of RLS include an almost irresistible urge to move the legs, difficulty sitting or lying down for long periods of time, and symptoms that are worse at night. The support group is open to all people regardless of religious orientation.



Please call the office for information about the next day and the time of the group meeting. Information is provided that patients can share with physicians. Meetings do not take place from May-September.
