The UNC Memory Disorders program is dedicated to expanding access to and providing quality care for individuals with memory disorders and conducting research that will foster more robust diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in the future.  The program, directed by Daniel Kaufer, MD, offers clinical evalulation and comprehensive management of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. 

A multi-disciplinary team offers neuropsychological and cognitive testing, blood and lab values, clinical interviews with patients, and clinical interview with family members.
