Sullivan House is an independent living community for seniors 62 years old or greater offering low-income housing apartments.  There are HUD-subsidized apartments at Sullivan House. This means that Section 8 may be accepted and or there are apartments that are income based (30% of adjusted gross income) apartments at Sullivan House. You will need to call to determine if any of these subsidized apartments are open and available and to see if you qualify.



 Sullivan House consists of two three-story buildings, elevator equipped, with a total of 132 one-bedroom units. Our units offer an open floor plan, large windows, a full kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, and lots of closet space.

There are two community rooms with kitchens that are available for group events or private functions. Other amenities include a library, computer lab, game room, private meeting room, exercise room, beauty parlor/barber shop, patios, and solariums on each floor
