Who We Are
The Vint Hill Transitional Housing Program (VHTH) is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath residence with a full kitchen. The program is an intensive one year or two year program assisting families from being homeless to acquiring the skills necessary to maintain stable and independent housing. The VHTH community is based on providing a structured, safe environment for the nurturing of families, the growth and well being of children and fostering community amongst all neighborhood families.
Heads of household will have committed to full-time employment and/or a combination of employment and vocational training which is full-time as a condition of acceptance into the program. Couples must be married, must have a vehicle, be verifiably homeless, and children must be under 18 years of age.
