Who We Are
Canterbury Crossing is a 30 unit multifamily rental community for low income households. There are 17 two bedroom apartments and 13 three bedroom apartments. Income restrictions apply. Water, sewer and sanitation are included in the rent. Resident Services hosts various events during the year where families are treated to food, activities, entertainment and educational information.
Apartments are rented to families and individuals earning at or below 50% - 60% of the area median income.
