Charlevoix is part of the Forestbrooke complex that is reserved for the elderly age 62 and older and handicapped or disabled. An independent living facility for the elderly which is income restricted. Single-floor living in a one or two-bedroom apartment. Services offered include transportation to social and recreational activities, a community room, and more. Active social program is available.
