Who We Are
Trolinger and New River House Apartments are a part of the continuum of HUD care provided at Warm Hearth Village in Blacksburg, Virginia. The non-profit senior living community provides 144 units of Section 202.8 (HUD housing) designed to meet the needs of seniors on low, fixed incomes. One and two- bedroom and barrier-free units are available. The average wait for an apartment is six months. Residents have access to Village services such as dining, therapies, transportation, and planned activities.
Resident manager with beeper 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Residents enjoy the benefits of an all-senior community, home and grounds maintenance, an emergency call system, and a variety of services and amenities.
