3. Where can I get help filing my VA Disability paperwork?
There are several agencies that will file this paperwork for you, free of charge. The Virginia Department of Veterans Affairs, American Legions, the VFW, and AMVETS are a few that will assist you in filing your claims. Your local Virginia Department of Veterans Services Benefits office will be on the right and any other agenices will be listed under Programs and Services.
