Sponsored Residential Homes
Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) licensed program which provides individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to be sponsored by the individual or family providing services in their home. The 'Sponsor' is responsible for ensuring the customer’s health and safety, implementing the Individual Service Plan (ISP), delivering services, coordinating and tracking medical care.

Supported Living Services for Adults with Disabilities
Housing programs for adults with developmental disabilities, sensory impairments, physical disabilities or multiple disabilities to live in their own homes or apartments. Residents generally have basic self-help skills and may take responsibility for employing and supervising aides to assist them in meeting their personal needs.
