Who We Are

Virginia C.O.P.E.S. stands for compassion, optimistic, person-centered empowering support.  VA C.O.P.E.S. is available to all Virginia residents who may be stuggling to cope with the effects and circumstances such as isolation, fear, grief, and anxiety around COVID-19.  Counselors are available Monday-Friday 9am - 9pm, and on Saturday-Sunday from 5pm - 9pm at (877) 349-6428.  Spanish speaking counselors are available.

Our warmline can be used to provide peer support, to help you indentify coping strategies. local area resources and support groups, allow you to vent (without bias) to support your overall, and specifically, your mental health well-being.

warmline is not a hotline, which is for individuals in need of emergency services.  If you are in crisis, please call the National Crisis Hotline 1-800-273-8255  or 911.
