Who We Are
TDistrict 19 Community Services Board's Mental Health Case Management Services assist children, adolescents and their families with accessing needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational and vocational services and other supports essential to meeting a consumer's basic needs for successful recovery. Individuals eligible for case management services from District 19 must meet criteria for Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or At Risk of Emotional Disturbance (At Risk) as defined by the Department of Medical Assistance Services or the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services.
