Who We Are
Arleigh Burke offers residential and assisted living care, as well as respite care, that is part of Vinson Hall Retirement Community, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in McLean, Virginia. The community is supported by the Navy Marine Coast Guard Residence Foundation (NMCGRF). The capacity is 300 residents.
The facility provided care for adults who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living. This level of service includes individuals who require assistance because of significant behavior problems. Facilities licensed for the assisted living level of care also may provide care to residents who require only the residential level of care. Apartments range in size from studio, one, and two bedrooms and feature window treatments, individually controlled thermostats, full baths, and kitchenettes. A professional staff is available 24 hours a day to provide assistance with activities of daily living.
Respite care is offered based on available beds. An individual does not have to be affiliated with the military for eligibility to reside at Arleigh Burke Pavilion.
