Who We Are
Community Housing Partners (CHP) is a property management company that provides rental services and green maintenance to Low Income Housing Tax Credit, conventional, and government-financed multifamily properties throughout Virginia.
CHP’s portfolio includes over 100 rental communities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, serving low-income individuals and families, seniors, and people with disabilities. We are also experienced in providing comprehensive property management on a fee-for-service basis to other owners across our service area footprint.
