Skilled Nursing Care

Fauquier Health Rehabilitlatoin and Nursing Center offers nursing center and is committee to the Planetree patient-centered care alliance. Capacity is 113 beds.  The Planetree philosophy is a holistic approach to patient care that encompasses the body, mind and spirit. It embraces the participation of family and friends in care and rehabilitation.



Short-term rehabilitation or transition care is available, such as care after surgical procedures or care after a stroke. Physical, occupational and speech pathologists are available, as needed.



Also provided is a full schedule of recreational, social and religious activities; pastoral care for residents and families, daily housekeeping and laundry service, onsite hairstylist and barber, secured garden terrace, physical, occupational and speech therapists are 24/7.
