Who We Are
Community Outreach offers health promotion services to the community at a variety of locations throughout the year. In addition, health screenings are offered periodically for those at risk for multiple chronic diseases. An application for a free screening must be made 30 days before the event.
Community Outreach may have funding to local community organizations that focus on addressing the main areas of need of the community,
The Speakers’ Bureau can provide the community and nonprofit organizations with health care experts who can offer insights on topics related to the community’s greatest health needs.
